  Called the office to check if my mammogram results were back; the lady that answered the phone (Jennis) couldn't speak good English. She asked if I could put someone on the phone that speaks Spanish!!! AND got frustrated that she couldn't understand what I was asking of her. She went so far as to yelled at me as if I were a child. That's so not acceptable. I'm a native american and if I can't call my doctor's office and speak to someone without an interpreter, that's not the office for me. I'M TOTALLY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PCP... HOW DARE YOU WANT ME TO HAVE SOMEONE TRANSLATE FOR MY RESULTS!!!
